TradeSchool, Inc. is a cloud-based platform, to help deliver a digital application process for our Registered Apprenticeship Program.
For IBEW Local 163 JATC, TradeSchool serves as the central hub for our apprentice application process. The platform offers a secure, user-friendly online portal where prospective apprentices can submit their applications, upload required documentation and track their application status in real time.
Additionally, TradeSchool’s communication tools enable timely updates to applicants, reducing uncertainty and improving the overall candidate experience.
Through our partnership, TradeSchool enhances the operational capacity of the IBEW Local 163 JATC by delivering a professional, standardized and transparent application process.
